DIRECTIONS FOR USE

RESTRAINTS DO NOT apply QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE to home lawns (turf) or any other residential turf. DO NOT apply if rain is expected within 48 hours. DO NOT apply QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE by aircraft. DO NOT use this product through any type of irrigation system or ultra-low volume spray system. DO NOT apply using spraying equipment carried on the back of the user.

SPRAY DRIFT RESTRAINTS Specific definitions for terms used in this section of the label can be found at DO NOT allow bystanders to come into contact with the spray cloud. DO NOT apply in a manner that may cause an unacceptable impact to native vegetation, agricultural crops, landscaped gardens and aquaculture production, or cause contamination of plant or livestock commodities, outside the application site from spray drift. The buffer zones in the relevant buffer zone table/s below provide guidance but may not be sufficient in all situations. Wherever possible, correctly use application equipment designed to reduce spray drift and apply when the wind direction is away from these sensitive areas. DO NOT apply when wind speed is less than 3 or more than 20 kilometres per hour as measured at the application site. DO NOT apply if there are hazardous surface temperature inversion conditions at the application site during the time of application. Surface temperature inversion conditions exist most evenings one to two hours before sunset and persist until one to two hours after sunrise.

Ground Application DO NOT apply by a boom sprayer unless the following requirements are met: • Spray droplets not smaller than a MEDIUM spray droplet size category • Minimum distances between the application site and downwind sensitive areas (See ‘Mandatory buffer zones’ section of the following table titled ‘Buffer zones for boom sprayers’) are observed.

Anthracnose (Colletotrichium spp.), Brown/Large Patch (Rhizoctonia solani), Dollar Spot (Sclerotinia homeocarpa) Helminthosporium Disease (Bipolaris, Drechslera & Exserohilum Spp.) Winter Fusarium (Microdochium nivale) 1 – 1.6 L/ha Apply in a sufficient volume of water to achieve thorough coverage of all foliage and plant crowns. Apply QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE on a 21-28 day interval as part of a season-long preventative or early curative spray program for turf disease management. Use the higher rate and shorter interval when conditions are favourable for disease development. Refer to application instructions for more information on targeting ‘Leaf and crown diseases’ and ‘root diseases’. DO NOT apply more than two consecutive sprays of QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE before rotating to a different mode of action fungicide. DO NOT apply more than three sprays of QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE per season.
Fairy Ring (Basiomycete fungi) 1.6 – 2.2 L/ha Apply to green areas where fairy ring has previously occurred. Use the low rate from the end of October to early November (prior to dry conditions) and reapply after 30 days if required. If disease symptoms are present at the time of application, use the high rate and re-apply 30 days after the first application. Refer to application instructions for more information on targeting Fairy Ring. DO NOT apply more than two consecutive sprays of QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE. DO NOT apply more than three sprays of QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE per season.
Pythium Root Dysfunction (Pythium spp.), Pythium Blight (Pythium spp.) 1.6 – 2.2 L/ha Apply in a preventive or early curative program. Begin when conditions are favourable for fungal infection, prior to disease symptom development. Apply at intervals of between 14 and 28 days. Follow sequential applications rotate another effective fungicide prior to follow-up QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE applications. DO NOT apply more than two consecutive sprays of QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE. DO NOT apply more than three sprays of QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE per season.
Ectotrophic Root Infection (ERI) including but not limited to: Spring Dead Spot (Ophiosphaerella narmari), Couch Decline (Gaeumannomyces graminis var graminis) Take-all Patch (Gaeumannomyces graminis f. sp. avenae), Summer Patch (Magnaporthe spp.) Summer Decline (Wongia griffini) Fairway Patch (Phialocephala bamuru) 1 – 2.2 L/ha Apply QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE in a preventative fungicide management program. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

FUNGICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE Fungicide is a member of the DMI and quinone outside inhibitors (Qols) group of fungicides. For fungicide resistance management the product is both a Group 3 and a Group 11 fungicide. Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE and other Group 3 and/or Group 11 fungicides may exist through normal genetic variability in any fungal population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the fungal population if these fungicides are used repeatedly. These resistant fungi will not be controlled by this product and other Group 3 and/or Group 11 fungicides, thus resulting in a reduction in efficacy and possible yield loss. Since the occurrence of resistant fungi is difficult to detect prior to use, ADAMA Australia accepts no liability for any losses that may result from failure of QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE to control resistant fungi.

MIXING Prior to pouring, shake container vigorously, then add the required quantity of QUALI-PRO® EVOLUTION® ADVANCE to water in the spray vat while stirring or with agitators in motion. Rinse the empty container with water and add rinsings to spray tank.

APPLICATION Apply by ground application equipment only. Ensure even application in order to achieve even disease control. Avoid overlapping sprays.

Leaf and Crown Diseases: Application volume for leaf and crown diseases (Anthracnose, Dollar Spot, Helminthosporium diseases, Winter Fusarium and Brown Patch) should be adequate to ensure thorough and even coverage of the turf leaves and penetration to the crowns. Ideal application volume should be 350 to 500 L/ha. For best results use medium [XR Teejet* (11004 or 10005)] to coarse [Turbo Teejet* or AIXR Teejet* (11004 or 11005)] nozzles, at 5 km/h and 3 bar pressure. In higher cut turf (≥15 mm) a significant spray shielding effect can occur, impacting negatively on spray penetration and even coverage at low application volumes.

Root Diseases: Application volume should be as high as possible (approximately 1000 L/ha) to ensure placement close to the soil surface. When lower application volumes are used, washing in should commence as soon as possible after application. For best results use extremely coarse droplets [Turbo Floodjet* (TF5) or TurfJet* (TTJ10)] and total application volume of approximately 1000 L/ha. Preferably spray onto wet or dewy grass. Irrigate with 6 to 10 mm of water commencing within 1 hour of application.

PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS AND ENVIRONMENT Very toxic to aquatic life. DO NOT contaminate wetlands or watercourses with this product or used containers.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Store in the closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area. Do not store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight. This container can be recycled if it is clean, dry, free of visible residues and has the drumMuster logo visible. Triple-rinse containers for disposal. Dispose of rinsate by adding it to spray tank. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on site. Wash outside of the container and the cap. Store cleaned container in a sheltered place with cap removed. It will then be acceptable for recycling at any drumMUSTER collection or similar container management program site. The cap should not be replaced, but may be taken separately. If not recycling, break, crush or puncture and deliver empty packaging to an approved waste management facility. If an approved waste management facility is not available bury the empty packaging 500 mm below the surface in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and tree roots, in compliance with relevant local, state or territory government regulations. DO NOT burn empty containers or product.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS Harmful if swallowed. May irritate the eyes. Avoid contact with eyes. When opening the container, preparing the spray and using the prepared spray, wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist (or equivalent clothing). In addition, if applying by low pressure hand wand, wear cotton overalls, over normal clothing, buttoned to the neck and wrist and elbow length chemical resistant gloves. If product or spray in eyes, wash it out immediately with water. Wash hands after use. After each day’s use wash gloves and contaminated clothing.
