We are open from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm AEST. Please check our contact page for holiday/public holiday closure notices.

If your order has not been despatched, we can accommodate changes. Please contact us to advise your needs.

The number of items available are shown on the product page. Where there are product variants, please choose the variant options you are interested in purchasing to display the stock level for that particular variant. If a product is out of stock, you are welcome to contact us to enquire about when we expect to have more stock available.

Order Delivery Questions

Almost anywhere! We are sending orders Australia-wide daily, and also have significant experience exporting orders to Asia-Pacific Islands.

We use over 15 different delivery carriers – these include Australia Post, TNT, Toll Group, Followmont Transport, Aramex (previously Fastway), and a number of other region-specific/local carriers.

Yes, you can, providing it is a carrier we already have a relationship with. Please be aware your chosen carrier may not be as economical as other options we may have available – additional delivery costs may apply.

Yes, it can – please be aware that many delivery carriers add a residential delivery charge, depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. Please contact us to arrange a delivery quote.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Where applicable we are happy to liaise with the transport company to locate your order and obtain an ETA, or arrange a replacement if your goods are damaged.

Yes, our despatch team take great pride in packaging your order so that chance of damage during transport is minimised.
