Delivery Costs: 

Our shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on several factors, including your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. This calculation method is necessary due to our products' wide variety of sizes and weights. It would be impossible to provide a flat rate for shipping that would accurately reflect the cost of shipping every order.

To obtain an accurate shipping cost estimate in real-time, begin by adding your desired items to your cart. Next, enter your suburb and postal code within the cart, and the shipping cost will be calculated for you. Alternatively, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

The final shipping cost will consider the weight and size of your items and the distance they need to travel to reach you. This means that the shipping cost may vary depending on the specifics of your order.

We strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options, and our real-time shipping cost calculation system is the best way to ensure that you get the best value for your money. Handling Times: 

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing your order from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Estimated Delivery Times: 

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2-8 business days, except for Western Australia (5-12 business days).

How We Ship:

We use a range of couriers to deliver your orders - these include Australia Post, TNT, Aramex (formerly Fastway), Couriers Please, Toll Express & Followmont Transport.

Click & Collect / Pickup Instore: 

You may choose 'pickup instore' during checkout - you'll need to specify an approximate date and time of collection - we'll get your order ready for pickup according to the time you select and notify you by phone or email. Our address for collection is 35 Paulger Flat Road, Yandina Qld 4561. Please come via the front entrance into our showroom and make yourself known to staff at our front counter - please have your order number with you.

Tracking Deliveries:

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched with a link to track your order. Please check your junk folder if you haven't received a tracking email, or contact us, and we'll be able to assist.

What to Do If Your Order Is Not Received:

If your order is not delivered within the timeframes outlined above, please contact us, and we'll work with you to decide the best course of action. These may include liaising with the courier to find out when your order is and their expected delivery timeframe or resending your order if the items are lost or damaged in transit. 

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
