Easy DIY Application

• Timing: For best results, apply in mid-September to catch grubs before they cause visible damage.
• Application: Apply evenly at a rate of 1.5kg per 100 square metres using a handheld or push spreader.
• Watering In: The watering-in step depends on the pest. For lawn grubs (beetle larvae such as African Black Beetle), water the granules in with at least 3mm of water immediately after spreading to move the active down to the root zone. For lawn armyworm (and other surface-feeding caterpillars), do the opposite — delay watering and mowing for 24 hours after spreading so the granules stay on the leaf surface, then water them in.
