How do I get started?
Just click the Get a Plan button, answer a few quick questions about your lawn. We'll build a plan based on your grass type and location, and your first box will be on its way.
What products will I get?
Each plan includes professional-grade fertilisers, wetting agents, and treatments timed for the season. Premium plans add extras like herbicides, liquid iron, and seaweed tonic. All products are the same as those used by turf professionals, and come with a easy guide to get you started!
How often will I receive products?
Deliveries arrive every 6 months. We plan them so your getting just the right amount of product each time. As an example, your first delivery will be larger than the second, as some products included have a lower application rate and one bottle will be enough for an entire year. Pricing of the second delivery is costed accordingly - no more paying for product you don't need!
Do I need any special tools or equipment?
We include a hand-held spreader in your first delivery for granular products. If you don't already have a handheld or backback sprayer, we recommend the Solo brand for applying liquid treatments. Solo sprayers are professional grade and will last!
What if I don’t know what type of lawn I have?
That’s fine—we’ll help you work it out in the quiz. And if you’re still not sure, just ask. We’re here to help.
Do I need to apply everything on the same day it arrives?
Not necessarily. We’ll tell you when and how to apply each product for best results. You’ve got a window of a few weeks to get it done—it’s flexible, not stressful.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can pause or cancel at any time. There’s no lock-in. You’re in control.
Will I see results straight away?
You’ll usually notice a greener lawn in 7–14 days. Long-term, you’ll see fewer weeds, stronger roots, and better resilience through the seasons.
Is there support if I need help?
Absolutely. Got a question? Not sure how to apply something? Just reach out—we’ve got turf experts ready to help.
Do I need a soil test?
Not to start, but it’s a great upgrade. If you opt for it, our lab and agronomists will analyse your soil and contact you to discuss any additional treatments or changes to your lawn maintence plan that may be needed short term to get your lawn back on track.
