Suitable for vegetable seedlings and flowers within individual cells. Individual cells allow the plant to create its own root system leading to less root disturbance when planting out reducing transplanting shock. Each cell protects the seedling ready for a strong start. Seedlings are ideally suited to watering in prior to planting with Seaweed Master

Naming that Punnet.
The reason why I ordered the Metric Punnet was to see if it would take a white permanent pen so that I could print the name of the seeds sown ,under each punnet, I am thrilled that it can and encouraged me to order lots of seeds for the season ahead.
