FloraTech Zeolite

FloraTech Zeolite (0.5–2 mm) is a natural mineral soil amendment made from 100% New Zealand Zeolite. Specifically graded for blending, it improves soil performance across horticultural, agricultural, and turf applications.
How It Works
- Improves soil structure – The hard, blocky granules create air pockets that enhance aeration and drainage, keeping roots oxygenated and active.
- Enhances nutrient utilisation – Zeolite’s high cation exchange capacity (CEC) retains key nutrients like ammonium, potassium, and calcium in the root zone, releasing them on demand and reducing fertiliser loss through leaching.
- Improves water management – The porous internal structure absorbs and holds water, ensuring consistent moisture availability in dry conditions and reducing irrigation frequency.
- Thermal stability – Zeolite moderates soil temperature, retaining warmth in winter and aiding evaporative cooling in summer.
- Environmentally stable – Non-toxic, non-reactive, and long-lasting; Zeolite doesn’t break down and supports microbial activity and soil health.
